This directory was created because I was frustrated by how much effort it took to find the resources I needed for my son after he suffered a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) at age 16. I built this so other families and survivors would not have to start from scratch the way I did.
As one of my favorite TBI physicians once said, “Rehab is a team sport,” and that is especially true for brain injury. By contributing resources you know and trust, you help make someone else's journey a little easier.
With gratitude,
Maryam Mohit
This directory is an independent, self-funded project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or funded by any hospital system, provider network, insurer, advertiser, or other organization. No listing is paid for, and no provider can pay for better placement or removal of a competitor. Inclusion in this directory is based solely on relevance to the brain injury community.
This is a resource directory, not a referral service, medical authority, or endorsement. Listings are gathered from publicly available sources and community submissions. Inclusion in this directory is not an endorsement or recommendation -- it simply means the resource exists and may be relevant to the brain injury community. See How We Verify Listings for details on our process.
The directory currently covers California, with more states planned. It is in active beta -- if something looks wrong or missing, please use the "Add a missing resource" or "Verify your listing" links on the directory, or reach out via the Contact page.
